Our aim at Noyce Brothers is to explore ways in which technology and tradition can push the boundaries of taste.
Our cellar door is in the magnificent old sandstone Grays Inn, next to the General Store in the heart of Wollombi Village, and with lovely restaurants close by.
The Noyce family have been farming in the Wollombi Valley for 40 years, and our wines are cultivated on land first settled in 1823. Through the unique combination of soil and climate our vineyards produce quite distinctive Hunter style wines. We are particularly proud of our semillon, chardonnay, verdelho, and shiraz. In late 2009 we will be releasing a lovely rose, a semillon/sauvignon blanc blend, and a sparkling chardonnay. We know you will enjoy Noyce Brothers Wines.
