The Wollombi Valley Wine Trail passes through beautiful countryside at the southern gateway to Hunter Valley Wine Country. Wind your way into the Valley following the historic Great North Road. In under two hours from Sydney you could be relaxing with a glass of wine from one of the Wine Trail’s boutique vineyards.

There are six wineries on the Wine Trail, plus the Wollombi Tavern, each offering a unique visitor experience. The friendly staff at the cellar doors will welcome you, and be happy to share their local knowledge. Sample a range of wine varieties such as Shiraz, Semillon, Chambourcin, Chardonnay, Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc and Sparkling Wines, as well as the infamous Dr Jurd’s Jungle Juice.
